1. License
All ThemeMuse WordPress themes are licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL).
You may use our themes for both personal and commercial projects, including client work.
You are free to modify themes to suit your needs.
You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense ThemeMuse products, whether modified or unmodified.
2. Payments & access
We accept payments via PayPal and major credit cards.
Depending on the plan you purchase (single theme, yearly bundle, or lifetime bundle), you’ll receive access to theme downloads, updates, and support for the duration of your license.
When your license expires (for yearly plans), you’ll need to renew to continue receiving updates and support. After renewal and successful payment, access is restored automatically.
For security reasons, ThemeMuse does not store credit card details on our servers.
3. Affiliate program
Affiliates may not earn commissions on their own purchases.
The following promotion methods are not allowed:
- Spam emails, comments, or messages
- Paid advertising (Google Ads, social ads, YouTube ads)
- Coupon or deal websites (unless explicitly approved)
- Misleading or false claims
- Using domain names that include “thememuse”
ThemeMuse reserves the right to review affiliate activity and withhold commissions or disable accounts if program rules are violated.
4. Warranty disclaimer
All ThemeMuse products are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that our themes will work in all browsers, server environments, or with all third-party plugins. Compatibility should be verified using the theme demos.
Themes are guaranteed to function on a clean WordPress installation.
Once files are modified or third-party scripts are added, compatibility cannot be guaranteed.
5. Refund policy
We offer a 14-day refund period for all theme purchases.
If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the request. We’ll review and process eligible refunds promptly.
Refunds are not issued after 14 days.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of abuse.

6. Price changes
ThemeMuse may update pricing at any time.
If you renew an active yearly license before it expires, your renewal price will not be affected by future price changes.
7. Intellectual property
All ThemeMuse products, branding, and website content are protected by copyright.
You may not claim ownership of any ThemeMuse product, whether modified or unmodified.
All trademarks and product names belong to their respective owners.
8. Termination
ThemeMuse reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to products or services if these Terms are violated, or if required by law.
You may stop using our services at any time.
We may modify, discontinue, or remove any product or service without prior notice. ThemeMuse will not be liable for any resulting loss.
9. Limitation of liability
ThemeMuse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
In all cases, liability is limited to the amount paid for the product during the six (6) months preceding the claim.
10. Communications
You may unsubscribe from ThemeMuse emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the appropriate jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Continued use of ThemeMuse products after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
